This summer has basically been nothing short of a pure and epic fail. All i want to do is go back to school and just...yeah... be at school. I am really bored although Final Fantasy Tactics 2 does have its moments of excitement. I have a feeling that this is going to be a long summer. It hasn't started off too great since I've had to wake up early and go to speech camp. Although camp is kind of fun it's so tiring and all i want to do is take a nap when i get home. One of the highlights of the summer is the Euro Cup 2008 which has been thoroughly entertaining me. Today i watched the semi final match of Germany vs Turkey and was very pleased to see my favorite team, Germany win and advance to the finals. Who they will play has yet to be decided and we shall find out tomorrow after Russia and Spain face off. Russia has been an interesting team in this tournament supplying many viewers with countless surprises. First of all, how they even got into the round of 16 when there are so many better teams such as England and Ireland that didn't make it. Also, how they even managed to stay alive in the group stage is also a mystery. They were in a really tight group and somehow pulled through that. The thing that probably shocked the world the most was how Russia managed to beat the Netherlands after the Dutch had taken down the current World Champions, Italy 4-1 and runners up , France 3-0. It was tied going into extra time and Russia slaughtered the Dutch by scoring twice. It tragically and surprisingly ended 3-1. Now, i must return to Final Fantasy Tactics 2, my DS beckons me.
